For decades WTBTS had captured and stored spatial data and notes on thousands of paper maps. Over a 6 months period GIS Solutions captured all data stored on paper maps and converted it to layers in an Esri ArcView Geodatabase. QA procedures were created and implemented to ensure quality data was being captured.
